To see the Eagles win a Super Bowl while in attendance but that is more like a miracle than something that will ever happen. I would also like to travel to all 50 states – that seems more likely to happen.

Russian Imperial Stout – because I’m so dark and strong

If you weren’t working at Hunterdon what would you be doing?


I’d be traveling the world like a modern day conquistador. In order to amass my unstoppable army I would travel to small villages throughout the world and crush them into submission. I’d be revered as a god and showered with gifts. The world is very lucky that I like beer more than ruling the world with an iron fist.
