PASTICHE: 6/25 cases | 1/6 kegs

Pastiche is a barrel-aged blend of four different ales aged in twice as many barrels. The beers in this blend use various local malts and were created specifically for Pastiche by our team of senior brewers. Barrels included in the aging process were: rye whiskey, vermouth, port, rum, bourbon, red wine, gin, and brandy. After aging the beers between three and four months, the brewers got together and blended them all into a single, unified whole called Pastiche. This complex amber beer contains notes of caramel, dried fruit, spirits, and oak. ABV: 8.5%

Chocolate Oak Aged Yeti Imperial Stout is another revered incarnation of our legendary imperial stout. We toned down the hops a bit to allow cocoa nibs to contribute some pleasing bitterness, while vanilla notes from the oak combine with the cocoa to create an aroma and flavor akin to a gourmet chocolate bar. A dash of cayenne keeps things lively, adding just a bit of heat to the finish. Another great Yeti? Hell yes. ABV: 9.5%

From the first day of the first congress at the moment of the passage of the first law, we became weaker. The extra-large B. Franklin said it well that you can tell the strength of a society by the paucity of the pages in its’ book of laws. Today we are all surrounded by laws – Tax law, civil law, criminal law, Statutes, and Bills. Laws that make large and small criminals of us all. And sometimes just doin’ something that you like to do that hurts no one is also criminal, or at least strongly discouraged. Seems we can’t be trusted to live well and safely on our own. On our own we would all probably descend quickly into mayhem, cannibalism, and ultimately shoplifting and jaywalking. If only we all could be trusted. It is good to have such wise fathers looking out for us…Isn’t it…? Whatever. ABV: 9.6%

IMPERIAL JO: 6/4 cases

Imagine the rich roasted malts, smooth mouth feel and subtle sweetness of our award-winning Milk Stout, kicked up a notch, with more malt and the infusion of dark-roasted, small batch coffee from our friends at Lancaster Coffee Roasters.
