It’s a copper-colored brew that plays off the beloved taste of a bourbon Old Fashioned – the most iconic of Southern cocktails. This seasonal is brewed with tart cherries and orange peel, then aged in fresh bourbon barrels as well as bourbon barrels used to age bitters. Kindly donated Cherry Bitters barrels, originally used by Kentucky’s finest distillers, impart their wonderful character on this beer. Subtly sweet, it’s balanced by bitter hints of hops and bitters, as well citrusy notes of orange. ABV: 10.0%

A truly unique India Pale Ale, this iteration of our Jai Alai IPA boasts the addition of white oak spirals to impart sleek notes of vanilla, coconut and a touch of dill to Jai Alai’s bold citrus and caramel character. The oak also serves to temper the bitterness in the 70 IBU base beer while oak tannins elegantly dry the beer’s body to create a unique drinking experience that still remains true to Jai Alai’s unique qualities. ABV: 7.5%

A crisp and aromatic West Coast IPA made with a clean malt base that allows the grapefruit, orange and pine flavor of the hops to be showcased in both the aromatics and the taste. ABV: 7.0%
Alpine’s Double IPA is mega-hopped in true West Coast-style. We use hops in the boil, more hops in the hop-back and an absurd amount of dry-hopping to achieve the beer’s signature, cutting-edge “hop bite.” Resinous with a pale golden hue and a bright white beer foam, the aroma presents pine notes that are dominated by sweet citrus with some perfume like qualities. The bold hop character is balanced perfectly by the caramel malt sweetness. ABV: 8.0%

Dark & delicious, America’s great milk stout will change your perception about what a stout can be. Pouring hard out of the bottle, Milk Stout Nitro cascades beautifully, building a tight, thick head like hard whipped cream. Milk Stout Nitro is also good to go from the can with widget inside technology, or like a pro in a glass. The aroma is of brown sugar and vanilla cream, with hints of roasted coffee. The pillowy head coats your upper lip and its creaminess entices your palate. Initial roasty, mocha flavors rise up, with slight hop & roast bitterness in the finish. The rest is pure bliss of milk chocolate fullness. ABV: 6.0%

East Coast Common is a nod to those uniquely American lager beers – fermented warm, in the San Franciscan-style. One sniff of the heady aroma tells you this isn’t a utilitarian, washing machine-variety beer. Our brewers infuse significant quantities of late-in-the-boil and post-fermentation dry hops to make sure you know East Coast Common is a New England original. ABV: 7.4%
Have guitar, will travel. Check. Have mash paddle, will travel. Check. Have invitation to Berlin to brew, will travel. Hell yeah. Cue our friend Todd Haug. He checked all those boxes and joined us to make this inspired and unique creation. Our Stone Berlin Brewmaster Thomas Tyrell has spent many years studyingand brewing versions of the consummate Berlin style, the Berliner Weisse. Todd was intrigued with the idea of überizing (wasn’t a real word before, but it is now) the style and wantedto further überize (how quickly a new word can find its wayinto the lexicon) with the addition of ginger root and Citrus Hystrix leaf. They worked perfectly, as you’ll see. Todd, Thomasand Greg all agreed they’d never tasted anything quitelike it before, and that they all loved it. So now, it has traveled time and space to you. Check it! ABV: 9.0%

Choice barrels of our Waitsburg Bourbon Whiskey are occasionally selected for bottling at cask strength. As with vintage wine bottlings, there’s no exact schedule for these releases. At barrel strength our Bourbon presents an explosive nose of concentrated spice and toasted sugars. The finish is long, with heightened aromas of toffee, bright cherry, fresh tobacco leaf, vanilla bean and smoke. The spicy kick of a high rye content is balanced by sweet, smooth corn and the unmistakably silky viscosity of organic Washington soft white winter wheat. Aged initially in ten-gallon American oak casks and then matured in 53-gallon barrels, this meticulously handcrafted Bourbon has mellow tannins even at high proof. Never chill-filtered, our Cask Strength releases present Bourbon enthusiasts the opportunity to fine-tune their enjoyment. PROOF: 120

Whiskey Discourse C starts with OOLA’s signature Waitsburg Bourbon mash bill containing corn, rye, malted barley, and wheat. This beautiful whiskey is aged for 4 years in new American oak before being transferred and finished in used french oak Cabernet Sauvignon barrels for 9 additional months. Until now, Discourse “C” has never been available outside of the distillery! PROOF: 90
New Holland’s Hatter Royale Hopped Whiskey is based on a 100% barley wash that is double-distilled and then infused with Centennial hops. American Single Malt whiskey, twice distilled and aged in new American oak barrels with a heavy char. Notes of vanilla and cocoa arise from the slightly caramelized spirit leading to a classic American oak finish. PROOF: 90
A special yearly distillery release edition of Wasmund’s classic Single Malt Whisky, “Blue Top” is in reference to the fact that the bottles are dipped in blue wax instead of the standard red wax used on the regular release. After aging for the standard 12-14 months, certain barrels of single malt are chosen to undergo an additional 4-6 month slumber in finishing barrels before being proofed, bottled, dipped in blue wax, and labelled with a unique batch number designated by the square root of a negative number – because it seems impossible that any whiskey can taste that good. Though it is normally released only at the distillery in Virginia and typically sells out quickly, a few bottles have been known to occasionally make their way North … though they never last long when they do. PROOF: 96
A few times each year, Copper Fox chooses a batch of Rye that shows unique character, and transfers it from the used bourbon barrels where initial aging occurs into a locally sourced Virginia Port barrel, for an additional 6-8 month slumber. When ready, the batch is bottled in an elegant corked bottle that is dipped in blue wax instead of the standard red – giving the series its name. It is normally only available at the distillery and sells out quickly, however we managed to get our hands on a very limited number of bottles. PROOF: 90
