Brew Free! or Die IPA is brewed with some serious west coast attitude. This aromatic golden IPA starts with three different hops to the nose, quickly balanced by a solid malt backbone supporting the firm bitterness. Our top selling beer at the pub, this IPA starts big and finishes clean leaving you wanting more. ABV: 7.0%

BACK IN BLACK: 4/6 packs

Inspired by Paul Revere’s midnight ride, we rebelled against the British style IPA, embraced the more aggressive American version and then recast it in bold, brave, defiant black. Our Black IPA is a Declaration of Independence from the tyranny of the expected. Back in Black is a year-round beer available in six pack cans and on draft. Brewed like an American IPA but with the addition of rich, dark malts, this beer has all the flavor and hop character you expect with a smooth, mellow finish. ABV: 6.8%

DOWN TO EARTH: 4/6 packs

Down to Earth is the natural evolution (pun intended) of Bitter American, our original session ale. We thought it would be fitting to bring our space chimp home and let him chill. Whether you have a long mission behind you or a full afternoon ahead, this session IPA will help keep things real. More relaxed than an IPA, but with all the hop aroma and flavor, Down to Earth is our tribute to unsung heroes and unplanned adventures. ABV: 4.4%

HFS: 1/2 kegs

HFS is a west coast-style IPA brewed with Mosaic, Simcoe, and Citra hops. It packs an earthy punch of bright citrus rind with floral and citrus notes, and has a refreshing, light finish. ABV: 6.5%

First developed in our Tap Room in small 20 gallon batches using only 100% fresh pressed apples with freshly sliced ginger root and orange peels, we have kept this cider true to its humble beginnings. Using over two hundred pounds of fresh ginger in each batch, We created a cider that is refreshing with spicy, semi-sweet and crisp citrus acid undertones. We hope you enjoy drinking it as much as we enjoyed making it! ABV: 5.4%

RACER X: 1/6 kegs | 1/2 kegs | 4/6 packs

Racer X is an uncommon Double India Pale Ale which puts a California twist on English brewing traditions by adding an assertive hop aroma and bitterness that compliments the firm malt backbone. Like its little brother Racer 5, Racer X is balance in a bottle. ABV: 8.3%

The Green covers the Earth, and makes us all smile. ABV: 5.4%-5.6%

A project designed in collaboration with our friends at Bruery Terreux, One Way or Another is a blend of sour triple ales aged in oak wine barrels for up to 16 months with regional ingredients: Oregon marionberries and California Meyer lemons. This northwest sour ale captures the vibrancy of chardonnay complemented by a kiss of French oak and notes of melon, apple and tropical fruit. ABV: 9.1%

120 MINUTE IPA: 1/6 kegs

Clocking in at 15-20% ABV, 120 Minute IPA is continuously hopped with a copious amount of high-alpha American hops throughout the boil and whirlpool, and then dry-hopped with another pallet of hops. Unfiltered and abundently hoppy, it’s the Holy Grail for hopheads! We brew 120 Minute IPA a few times a year, but it goes fast. If you find some grab a few bottles — some to enjoy and some to age. ABV: 15.0-20.0%

N’ICE CHOEFFE: 20L kegs | 6/4/11 packs

BROWN SHUGGA ALE: 1/2 kegs | 4/6 packs

We believe this Special Ale is Something Unique. Feeding Brown Cane Sugar to otherwise Cultured Brewery Yeast is a’kin to feeding Raw Shark to your Gerbil. It is unlikely to ever occur in nature without Human Intervention. And it looks weird besides. But it has happened and now it’s too late. ABV: 9.7%

Chimay is presenting its new edition of the “Grande Réserve” barrel aged. An exceptional beer which has benefited from a triple fermentation and a prolonged maturation in oak rum barrels. Unpasteurized, unpasteurized, this beer offers an inimitable round and woody flavor. ABV: 10.5%

NELSON THE GREETER: 1/6 kegs | 1/2 kegs | 6/4C packs

Black’s Beach (an iconic surf break in north county San Diego) is known to locals as a clothing-optional beach. Located below the world famous cliffs of Torrey Pines, getting to this remote area requires a steep trek down a trail to it’s secluded shores. Imagine a peaceful decent down to the trailhead whereby you might be greeted by the de factor mayor of nudity, Nelson the Greeter. Shocking, right? Well that’s a Nelson for you. A brazenly confident and assertive hop from New Zealand, who also masquerades as a fat man in search of his speedo…or so we hear. ABV: 6.0%

Our annual “Winter Solstice” release – brewed on the winter solstice each year and released the following fall. Made with real vanilla beans and cinnamon sticks. Great for any holiday! Try it lightly warmed for the winter, over ice for the summer. Mix with our Apple Nectar for an apple pie in a glass. ABV: 12.0%

SLOW YOUR ROLL: 1/2 kegs

Easy drinking, loads of tropical hop flavor and a subtle tart finish. We brew this session IPA with two of our favorite hops (think mango, guava and passion fruit) and add red wheat malt to give it a crisp, tart finish. This is the beer we choose for Sunday Funday. ABV: 4.6%

O.P.P.: 1/6 kegs | 1/2 kegs | 6/4C packs

A complex, full-bodied porter brewed with sweet orange peel and pistachio. O is for Orange, P is for Pistachio and the last P, well, that’s actually pretty simple because it’s a six letter word called Porter. Come on, come on, now let us tell you what it’s all about. Well, we split and co-hit a mix of roasted malts, hops, sweet orange peel and pistachio extract to give this complex porter a cocoa, vanilla and pleasantly bitter taste & smell that you’ll love at first contact. Exciting isn’t it, a special kind of liquid. When OPP comes, damn skippy you better be with it. ABV: 6.4%

WINTER PALE ALE: 1/2 kegs | 4/6C packs

An amber colored pale ale brewed with cinnamon, molasses, cloves & ginger that delivers a delightful winter spiced flavor. Our brewmaster is mildly obsessed with ginger snap cookies this time of year so we decided to brew this spiced pale ale to celebrate his addiction. A blend of malts create honey, biscuit and dark caramel flavors which are gently balanced out by woody, minty hop bitterness and aroma. We introduced whole ginger, molasses, hand-picked cloves and cinnamon to this brew to create the ideal pale ale to enjoy during the winter holiday season. ABV: 6.7%

SO HAPPENS IT’S TUESDAY: 1/6 kegs | 12/750mL cases

The infamous Black Tuesday® stout is named in honor of the great stock market crash of 1929. So Happens It’s Tuesday is similarly dark and delicious, but in a more affable format, reminding us that there is always a bit of good to be found within the bad. Things happen, life goes on. This beer can be enjoyed in all of those moments and seasons. ABV: 14.0%

MISCHIEF 2017: 12/75omL cases

The devil is in the details, and with the 2017 release of the hoppy Belgian-style ale, it’s a mischievous dousing of Citra and Motueka hops. With each new annual release of Mischief, a GABF Gold medal winner, they’ve added a diabolical twist by rotating the hops featured in the dry-hopping. This limited edition of Mischief features citrus and tropical notes that enhance the ripe, fruity character of the crisp, dry and effervescent Belgian-style ale. ABV: 8.5%

10 LORDS-A-LEAPING: 1/6 kegs | 750mL cases

Wassail is known for warmth and spices. The tenth verse of our Twelve Beers of Christmas™ saga goes leaps and bounds beyond a traditional winter warmer, drawing inspiration from the dark, spiced ales from Belgium and our love for experimental brewing in SoCal. 10 Lords-A-Leaping is a dark imperial wit ale featuring 10 different spices – coriander, orange peel, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, allspice, mace, anise, dried apples and cloves, which complement the spiced notes imparted from the yeast and prance upon the rich, dark fruited character of the specialty malts. ABV: 10.5%

THE WANDERER: 1/6 kegs | 12/750mL cases

The Wanderer is a GABF silver medal winning blend originally concocted with platypus loving friends from Northern California, featuring a wine barrel aged sour ale with blackberries and cherries. Then a small portion of bourbon barrel aged anniversary ale is folded in to incororate flavors of oak, vanilla and toffee, accentuating the dark fruit notes and delightfully sour tinge. ABV: 8.5%

SHARE THIS: MINT CHIP: 12/750mL cases

Share This is a series of beers that spotlights unique ingredients and important causes. This decadent imperial stout is inspired by mint chip flavors, recreated by adding spearmint leaves and cacao nibs to a rich base featuring chocolaty notes of its own. Share This: Mint Chip pairs perfectly with supporting Food Forward, who is chipping away at hunger relief across Southern California, reaching over 100,000 people a month with recovered fresh foods. For every bottle produced, we donate $1 to support Food Forward®, which donates fresh produce to hunger relief agencies across Southern California. ABV: 10.5%

THE ORDER: 1/6 kegs | 12/750mL cases

Monastic breweries wrote the book on complex ales that weave notes of dark fruits, spices, caramelized character and warmth into each sip. The Order summons that tradition and adds local inspiration. Our darkening, Belgian-inspired abbey ale features dark-fruited character from dates, Belgian-style sugars and subtle spicing from coriander, which compliments the Belgian yeast esters. ABV: 10.6%

SAULE: 12/750mL cases

Saule is French for “willow”, a traditional nine-year anniversary gift. Our ninth anniversary ale, Saule, follows in the footsteps of our anniversary releases before it, which are loosely based on an English-style old ale, fermented with our house yeast strain, aged in bourbon barrels and blended using the solera method. This means that a portion of each anniversary ale is saved in oak barrels and blended in with the next year’s production, providing more complexity and depth of character as the years go by. The result is layered in robust and complex flavors of toffee, caramel, dark fruit, vanilla and oak. ABV: 16.1%

(T) FRUCHT: CRANBERRY & ORANGE: 1/6 kegs | 750mL cases

Welcome to Frucht, our land of fruited Berliner Weisse-style beers. Known for a tart flavor profile and traditionally low ABV, our German-style wheat beer gains even more funky notes and natural earthy-woodiness from fermentation in one of our twin oak foeder vessels – the largest known to be fabricated in this country. Each installment in the series features a new fruit, or Frucht, if we’re Sprechen sie Deutsch. This installment has cranberries and orange zest added. ABV: 4.2%

(T) SOUR IN THE RYE with POG: 1/6 kegs | 750mL cases

Sour in the Rye is an American wild ale. A challenging beer to brew due to the substantial amount of rye malt, but you’ll be glad we took the time. The character of the rye asserts itself with clove and pepper in the aroma and flavor, and contributes a full body not generally found in sour beers. Pleasantly sour with notes of tart cherry, rustic earth and vanilla from barrel aging. ABV: 7.7%

(T) BOUFFON: 1/6 kegs | 750mL cases

This tart, witty release kicks off our Foeders with Friends collaboration series. Our good friends at Jester King came to town to brew a sour wit ale with spices to christen one of our new-to-us foeders at Bruery Terreux. We designed a recipe with bitter orange peel and coriander and set it to ferment and age with our mixed house culture and Bavarian wit yeast in the designated foeder for four months. Using the Jester King house culture for bottle conditioning, Bouffon features some of the classic notes you’d look for in a wit, including banana, pear, vanilla, bubblegum, white pepper, lemon and a signature yeast profile. It also shines with the wild character from its cultures and collaborators at Jester King and Bruery Terreux. ABV: 5.3%

(T) BERET: 1/6 kegs

Beret is as artistic as those who wear its namesake cap.  Our brewers developed a silky, full-bodied wheat ale which we began fermenting with a Belgian-style witbier yeast strain.  To finish the fermentation, we added our collection of barnyard bacteria, intended to slowly sour the ale, bringing out a slight funk and refreshing piquancy.  Finally, a small dose of pureed raspberries were added for just a hint of fruity tannins, putting the berry in Beret. ABV: 9.0%

(T) SANS PAGAIE: 12/750mL cases

Sans Pagaie is our take on the Belgian-style kriek, which is a traditional, sour blonde ale aged in oak barrels with cherries. The word “kriek” actually translates to “cherry” in the Flemish language. Sans Pagaie, our clever moniker for this beer, translates from French to “without a paddle” (see what we did there? Kriek…”without a paddle”… hello, anyone out there?). The base beer has a subtle funk, which melds gently with the fruit giving this beer flavors reminiscent of coconut, vanilla yogurt and, of course, fresh cherries. A complex beer, perfect for a sunny day in the park with a slice of homemade cheesecake. ABV: 6.6%

(T) FREDERICK H: 1/6 kegs | 12/750mL cases

We’re on a first-name basis with our new German-style tart wheat beer. Meet Frederick H. (The “H” stands for “Hottenroth”.) But this isn’t Fred as you knew him with Sarah. This is a Berliner Weisse with an entirely different personality. At his core, Frederick H. embodies some of the elements you’d expect in a Berliner Weisse-style beer, such as a tart flavor profile from lactobacillus, a hint of brettanomyces and traditionally low ABV. He gets a little racy though, and gains even more funky and earthy notes from house cultures and fermentation in our oak foeders at Bruery Terreux. After nature takes its course, Frederick H. emerges with a bright, refreshing body, palate-cleansing tartness and au naturel rawness. You could say the complexity of Frederick H. has reinvented our outlook on the style. In fact, he’s now a mainstay in our lineup. ABV: 4.4%

(T) GOSE’S ARE RED: 12/750mL cases

This is a rosé – and a gose – by any other name. Goses are Red is a stylish match of a funky, crisp and tart gose with the soft sweetness of a rosé wine. The refreshing wheat-based beer begins with some of the qualities you’d expect from a gose, including coriander spicing and a light saltiness to complement the tartness imparted by our house cultures. But the story doesn’t end there – it builds in complexity, thanks to time spent in an oak foeder and the addition of grapes, which impart a refreshing rosé character and color. It’s a charming interpretation that says all the right things, but it’s not as sweet as you. ABV: 5.3%

(T) T0 FRUCHT: LEMON & CHERRY: 1/6 kegs | 12/750mL cases

Welcome to Frucht, our land of fruited Berliner Weisse-style beers. Known for a tart flavor profile and traditionally low ABV, our German-style wheat beer gains even more funky notes and natural earthy-woodiness from fermentation in one of our twin oak foeder vessels – the largest known to be fabricated in this country. This installment in our Frucht series is the first to feature two fruits, with the refreshing combination of lemon zest and tart cherries. ABV: 5.0%

COFFEE PORTER: 1/6  kegs | 1/2 kegs

Bigger, Bolder, and Better. Our English style porter is brewed with UK malts and hops and conditioned on local “La Colombe” coffee creating a roasty, velvety smooth beer with distinct chocolate and coffee character. ABV: 6.0%

GRASSCATCH: 1/6 kegs | 1/2 kegs

Classic West Coast style “throwback” IPA is aggressively hopped (100+ IBU’s) with Columbus, Chinook, Centennial, and Simcoe. Deep copper color with a hint of haziness. Crisp and dry with layers of floral, citrus, and pine with a subtle dankness and lingering hop bitterness.  Well balanced for an “over the top” IPA! ABV: 7.%

We took our Drenched IPA and kicked it into the next Galaxy…Like Totally! The result is a hazy, juicebomb! Copious whirlpool and dry hop additions of Galaxy, Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe produce a nose full of passion fruit. The flavor follows suit with passion fruit and citrus followed by ripe honeydew. The lingering hop finish will have you coming back for more! Limited Release! ABV: 7.9%

SCALDIS NOËL: 20L kegs | 6/750mL bottles

The Scaldis Noël is brewed in limited volumes and has achieved the status of a classic beer for the end-of-year celebrations. It owes its fruity taste and subtle hop aromas to the well-thought out choice of hops. Full bodied and amber in color with aromas ranging from banana to pineapple to caramel and dried fruits. It has a slightly bitter taste with an underlying sweetness and rewards the drinker with a satisfyingly long finish. ABV: 12.0%

SCALDIS NOËL (2016 Vinatge): 20L kegs

The vintage version of Scaldis Noel released in 2016. ABV: 12.0%

SCALDIS NOËL PREMIUM: 6/750ml bottles

The Scaldis Noël Premium is a traditional Scaldis Noël that has re-fermented for three weeks in 75cl bottles in the brewery’s warm chamber. This beer has all the luxurious characteristics of a Scaldis Noël – a copper colour accompanied by strong, rich and balanced aromas – but, thanks to its in-bottle re-fermentation, it is endowed with a powerful taste palette and a slightly higher alcohol volume. ABV: 12.0%

SCALDIS NOËL PREMIUM (2016 Vinatge): 6/750mL bottles

The vintage version of Scaldis Noel Premium released in 2016. ABV: 12.0%

SCALDIS PRESTIGE DE CHARMES (2016 Vintage): 6/750mL bottles

Hugues Dubuisson is always on the lookout for extraordinary products. It was in this spirit that he came up with the idea of maturing Scaldis Blond in oak barrels, which had previously been used to store white Burgundy wine, more specifically the famous Charmes Meursault. So the brewery bought 13 of these 228 liter barrels in which to produce its Scaldis Prestige de Charmes, offering an extraordinarily rich taste on the palette. The traditional maturation process in recycled wine barrels allows the beer to develop an aromatic explosion of white and yellow fruit, with flowery and citrusy touches, as well as wine-like impressions contributed by the Chardonnay grape. ABV: 10.5%

BLIZZARD OF HOPS: 1/6 kegs | 1/2 kegs | 4/6 packs | 2/12C packs

We created this Winter IPA to toast hop growers around the world for another successful harvest. This storm of hoppy citrus and pine notes is a bright reminder the end of the Hop Cycle is only the beginning. ABV: 6.4%

HOLIDAY ALE: 1/6 kegs | 6/4 packs

Two Roads Holiday Ale is inspired by the little known Biere de Noel style, a subset of Biere de Garde, both of which originated on small farmhouse breweries in the north of France. Biere de Noel, which translates as “Christmas Beer,” tends to exhibit a more malty profile than a typical Biere de Garde. ABV: 7.3%

QUAD: 1/6 kegs | 6/4 packs

Big and delicious, QUAD is an elegant dark ale. Rich with complexity and flavor, try savoring it with a fine dinner. You also might enjoy it as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to a dessert, but QUAD stands alone quite well. We recommend enjoying QUAD in a brandy snifter or wine glass so you can drink in the aroma of this fine ale. As with any higher alcohol beers, QUAD will be at its best after a period of 12 months or so in the bottle, perhaps longer. We expect a shelf life of 3 – 5 years, but go ahead, we know you can’t wait. Enjoy one now and another every month or two, and you’ll be truly amazed as QUAD gains smoothness and complexity over time as it ages. ABV: 11.8%

BERRY MONKS: 1/6 kegs | 4/6 packs

Berry Monks is a variation on our classic Belgian Tripel, Merry Monks, brewed with cranberries, orange peel and ginger. This 9.3% ABV ale is ripe with apple and pear notes, which blend nicely with the tartness of the cranberries, the citrus twist of the orange peel and a touch of ginger. It’s great on its own or paired with your favorite holiday dish. ABV: 9.3%
