Distilled and barreled in the center of Lexington, Alltech represent the very best Kentucky, Ireland, Scotland, and Haiti have to offer. This range of unique products is produced by a family business steeped in beverage tradition and reflect our primacy in the field of beverage science.
Founded in 2007, Berkshire Mountain is the area’s first legal distillery since prohibition. All of their spirits are hand-crafted in small batches using local ingredients and the historic spring water for which the area is known. The farm, once a 19th century luxury inn and spa, sources water rich in granite from the Adirondack mountains which imparts a natural sweetness and viscosity to the spirits. In just five years, the distillery has won several medals at spirits competitions across the country and has been featured in Saveur, Wine Enthusiast and The Wall Street Journal, to name a few. Their products are being used by mixologists at some of the top restaurants in New York City.
Founded in 2007 by mad scientists Avery and Janet Glasser, Bittermens is an artisan producer of cocktail bitters, using traditional maceration and blending techniques to great effect in producing entirely new-to-the-world flavor combinations for bartenders to add to their repertoire. In 2011, Avery and Janet joined with longtime colleague Mayur Subbarao to found Bittermens Spirits, which produces liqueurs and aromatized wines inspired by old-world flavors, but using new-world processes and adapting these spirits to the needs of the cocktail maker.
Since 1922 my family has provided some of the finest men’s suit buttons available. For four generations these buttons have closed suits worn by Presidents, Popes, Kings, and Businessmen the world over. From a young age I went to work in my grandfather’s factory, but it was clear I was meant for a different path. I broke tradition and decided to make whiskey. The lessons I learned in his factory as a kid still guide me to this day; work hard, work with your hands, make your product the best on the market, and you can’t cheat time. My distillery pays homage to my grandfather and the world he knew – where real men worked hard and drank real pot distilled whiskey. My name is Jason Barrett, I started my craft distillery at 24 years old, and I love distilling. I hope you will try our small batch, grain to glass spirits and join me in raising a glass to Living Large in Small Batches.

This small micro-distillery and winery sits on the edge of the Lamoille River in Northeast Vermont. Owner Todd Hardie is an avid beekeeper and naturalist who celebrates both his love of honey and the deep roots that honey, agriculture and the earth all share in their local environment. His artisan gin, vodka and elderberry cordial are produced on stills built from recycled USA stainless steel and are either distilled with or use raw honey as an ingredient. These are truly unique products and a “must try” for any craft spirit enthusiast.
Founded by Rick Wasmund in 2000, Copper Fox is the only distillery in the world that uses hand-harvested and hand-toasted apple and cherry wood to dry, smoke and flavor their malted barley. All of their products are pot-stilled in small batches and matured for 14-18 months in Bourbon barrels infused with toasted and charred fruitwood and oak wedges. Rick has been referred to as “the chuckling, mad professor of American whisky” by Jim Murray of the Whisky Bible.

Here in the fertile Lehigh Valley we grow our own grains and source other ingredients from the farms of our friends and neighbors to give you a true seed to glass experience. Our name also has some roots to it. Let’s start with “Oaks.” The oak tree gives us the barrels that people have been using for centuries to age their spirits. Of course the oak is also a symbol of strength, nature and longevity.
Now the number 8 has always been significant in my family. My grandfather lived in a time when people wrote letters. He often worked away from home, and my dad told me the story of when his father wrote these letters, he would sign off with a number 8. He told him that the 8 was representative of the 8 letters in I Love You. When my dad wrote me letters as a kid, he continued the tradition, and I have carried that tradition on with my family. Now it’s not so much in letters as it is in the form of texts and emails, and yes, even Facebook posts and tweets. It has come to mean more than just I love you. It means I’m proud of you, I’m thinking about you and just generally a symbol of love and support. But more importantly, it is a direct tie back to my grandfather and my father, who have both since passed on but are always with us in spirit.

Garrison Brothers Texas Straight Bourbon Whiskey is bold, proud and authentic. It’s home-grown and handcrafted from the finest ingredients. Plump, organic yellow corn from the Texas Panhandle. Premium organic winter wheat that we grow ourselves here on the ranch and two-row barley from the Pacific Northwest and Canada. We grind our grain fresh daily and we cook our own sweet mash – one batch at a time. Then we marry the delicious distillate with fresh Hill Country rainwater that we harvest and purify ourselves.
Garrison Brothers Texas Straight Bourbon Whiskey is NOT for everyday drinking. It’ll set you back a little. It should be enjoyed in moderation, straight-up, or with just a little ice.
Located in the heart of Lebanon County PA, we continue the long history of distilling spirits which can be dated back to 1753. The name “Hidden Still” itself is derived from how the process of distilling spirits had been conducted many times throughout history.
Introducing the world’s first line of single bottle infusions. It is easy to get lost in the liquor aisle. That’s why we launched our company with vodkas that have real fruit and spices – so you can SEE what’s inside every bottle. We don’t just tell you it’s infused, we show you inside every single bottle. In fact, we are the only single-bottle infusion company that sticks to this philosophy: natural, real ingredients inside every bottle. No added sugars, dies, or artificial ingredients – ever.
With a strong commitment to craft philosophies, Jersey Artisan honors the Garden State’s rich historical influence in American distilling. Modern engineering and a strong technical understanding of fermentation and distilling science have benefited the production of what will be New Jersey’s first legally distilled spirits since the introduction of the 18th amendment to the US Constitution. With an initial primary focus on classic rum production, Jersey Artisan seeks to foster a return to the classic flavors and tastes that made rum the most popular spirit in colonial times and beyond. Honoring the agricultural bounties of the Garden State, the distillery will begin to utilize locally sourced grains, fruits, and botanicals as they experiment with naturally infused rums, corn based gin and vodka, and eventual whiskey production.
The Spirit of Manatawny- Manatawny Still Works was developed to produce world class spirits with character in small batches. Our distillery is modern, but our practices are based on old world production with a reverent nod to the history of the region. From the Lenape Indians, whose name for the nearby creek we borrowed for our distillery to historical figures of importance, for whom we named some of our very first spirits. The spirit of Manatawny is focused on quality, but rooted in the past.
New Holland’s Artisan Spirits division was established in 2005; eight years after the opening of their craft beer segment, New Holland Brewing Company. The distillation process takes place on a 60 gallon hand-built pot still designed by President Brett VanderKamp and an eighty year-old, 600 gallon refurbished still originally built in New Jersey to make apple brandy. For the past seven years, Brett and his team have been leading the craft distilling movement with their innovative and creative spins on classic American spirits, inspiring fellow craft brewers to follow in their footsteps.
Founded in 2009 by husband and wife team Scott and Jessica Galbiati, Northern Maine Distillers produces the award-winning micro-distilled Twenty 2 Vodka and the neutral grain alcohol, High Proof Spirit. Both products are made with American grain and distilled in small batches using custom-designed and locally-built 50-gallon pot stills. Each batch is blind tasted before being bottled to ensure only the highest quality product is released to the market.
At the Oola Distillery, we want to awaken your palette and inspire you to pause, reflect and ultimately savor the things that make life meaningful. Namely: Good friends. Deep relationships. Art in its many forms. People have been transforming humble grains into noble spirits since the third century, and we proudly join this long line of adventurers, fools and alchemists. Raise your glass to being above ground and lucky enough to enjoy it.
A lot of folks love to apply the term “craft” to just anything these days, but here in Palisade it’s a way of life. Not in some hip, beard tucked into your ascott way either.
From fruit to glass every spirit we make is hand-crafted right here in Palisade. And not the easy way either. The way nobody would do it if they didn’t have to. We start with local fruits and grains raised by some of the most devoted growers on the planet, often upcycling local fruits that some foolishly deem “too ripe” for market. Our Christian Carl still delivers maximum flavor and high proof in a single distillation, and barrels bring out the unique colors and flavors in each of our spirits.
We could go on for days about how proud we are of our spirits, how much love, grit and moxie goes into each one, but one sip will tell you more than we ever could so we’d say it’s best to start there.
